“Win an XBOX S Series” Competition

The promoters of the competition are Ackermans, a division of Pepkor Trading (Pty) Ltd (“Ackermans”), and Pay@ Service (Pty) Limited (“Pay@”)(“the Promoters”)  

The name of the competition is “WIN an XBOX S Series” (“the Competition”). 

The Competition will run from 6 May 2026 – 30 June 2026 (both days included) ("the Competition Period"). 

You understand that all information (including these Terms and Conditions) relating to this  

The Promoters also have the right to withdraw this Competition before the final draw. 

The Promoters takes no responsibility for entries that were not received for whatever reason. 

By entering the Competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be  

To automatically be entered into the Competition and stand a chance to win, participants must: 

Pay their bills at any Ackermans or Ackermans Connect stores; and 

Scan their digital +more Rewards card 

The Competition is open to all participants within South Africa. You are not eligible to participate if: 

You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent, or consultant of the Pepkor group of companies, Pay@, or any other person who supplies goods or services in connection with the Competition. 

You are a spouse, life partner, parent, child, sibling, immediate family member, business partner, or associate of the persons specified above. 

Participants stand a chance to win one (1) of seven (7) Xbox S gaming consoles to the value of R7599 each. 

All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

The draw for the winners will be done on Friday, 03 July 2026, from all entries received during the Competition Period. 

Seven (7) winners will be randomly selected via a computer-generated draw. 

If you are selected as a winner, you will receive an SMS / Call / E-mail and you agree that the Promoters may contact you for the purpose of letting you know you are a winner. 

Each entrant is only eligible to win one Prize during the Competition Period. 

Ackermans and their delivery agents do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the purpose of using, applying, or enjoying the prize won in this Competition. 

Winners give Ackermans and its authorised agents consent to use their names for publicity purposes, unless refused. 

Ackermans reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reason whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Ackermans and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Ackermans. 

Your privacy is very important to Ackermans and the Pepkor group of companies and all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that any information, including personal information, provided by you, or collected from you, is stored securely. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Statement. 

You agree to provide Pepkor with accurate and current information and to maintain and update such information when necessary. Information collected may be used to send you information about products, services, and special offers of the various companies in the Pepkor group. The information may also be processed by Ackermans, Pay@, and other companies in the Pepkor group, their operators, agents, and subcontractors (including outside South Africa) on condition that they will keep such information confidential. 

You acknowledge that any information supplied to Ackermans and the Pepkor group of companies in terms of these Terms and Conditions is provided voluntarily. 

By submitting any information, you consent to the processing of such information by Ackermans, Pay@, and the Pepkor group of companies under applicable law. 

Unless you have consented, Ackermans and the Pepkor group of companies will not sell, exchange, transfer, rent, or otherwise make available any personal information about you to other parties. You indemnify them against any unintentional disclosures of such information to unauthorised persons. 

Should you believe that Ackermans or the Pepkor group has utilised your personal information contrary to applicable law, you shall first resolve any concerns with them directly. If not satisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. 

You can choose to be excluded from direct marketing by notifying Ackermans in writing or by registering a block on any registry which Ackermans is bound by law to recognise. Ackermans will not charge you a fee to update this request. Ackermans will give effect to any changes requested by you as soon as reasonably possible.
