Competition Terms and Conditions: "WIN a Morocco Bafana Bafana Soccer Experience with Honor"

Promoter:
The promoters of this competition are Honor Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd ("Honor") and Ackermans a division of Pepkor Trading (Pty) Ltd (“Ackermans”).

Competition Name:
The name of the competition is "WIN a Morocco Bafana Bafana Soccer Experience with Honor" (the Competition).

Competition Period:
The competition will run from 04 September until 30 October 2025 (both days included) or while stock lasts – the Competition will automatically lapse once a store’s stock is depleted ("the Competition Period").

Agreement to Terms:
By entering the Competition or accepting any prize, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:
The Competition is open to South African citizens aged 18 or older with a valid South African ID. You are not eligible if:

You are a director, employee, agent, or supplier of PEP Stores, Honor, or their affiliates.

You are an immediate family member or associate of the above.

How to Enter:
For an automatic entry to the Competition, you must:

Purchase any Honor smartphone (while stock lasts).

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive:

A set of two tickets to a Bafana Bafana match in Morocco.

4 days, 3 nights’ accommodation in a 4-star hotel (breakfast included); and
-
Return flight tickets and meals (lunch on match day included).
Total Prize value: Up to R150,000.

Prize Details:

Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Additional costs (e.g., extra nights, missed flights) are the winner’s responsibility.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be randomly selected on 03 November 2025 (audited by an independent auditor);

Winners will be notified by phone. If unreachable after 3 attempts, the Prize will be forfeited.

Winners must provide:

Full name, contact number, physical address and ID number.

The Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage, or additional expenses related to the Prize.

Winners consent to the use of their names for publicity (unless declined).

The trip may be subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to COVID-19, natural disasters, wars, or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, the organizer will make all reasonable efforts to manage the situation but shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result.
