Ackermans "Win an Xbox S" Competition

We're giving you a chance to level up your gaming experience! When you buy a R250 or more 1Voucher at any Ackermans store during the month of April 2025, you’ll automatically be entered into our exciting competition to win 1 of 10 Xbox S gaming consoles! Before you enter, please take a moment to read through the Terms and Conditions below to ensure you understand the rules, eligibility, and other important details about this promotion.

1. The promoter of the competition is Ackermans, a division of Pepkor Trading (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. The name of the competition is "Win an Xbox S" (“the Competition”).

3. Competition Period: The competition runs from 1 April 2025 to 30 April 2025 (both days included).

4. All information relating to this Competition (including these Terms & Conditions) published on promotional material or on our website forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

5. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Competition before the final draw.

6. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received for any reason.

7. By entering and/or accepting a prize, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

8. How to Enter:

   • Purchase a 1Voucher of R250 or more from any Ackermans store.

   • Use the voucher to top up any partner account or pay an online partner.

   • This automatically enters you into the Competition.

9. Who Cannot Enter:

   • Directors, employees, consultants, and agents of Ackermans or its affiliates.

   • Immediate family members and business associates of the above individuals.

10. Prizes:

• • Ten (10) winners will each receive an Xbox S gaming console worth R7,599.

  • Winners will be announced after the Competition ends.

  • One prize per person, regardless of number of entries.

  • Prizes may be substituted with others of similar value at the Promoter’s discretion.

  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

11. Delivery:
    Prizes will be sent via courier to winners’ confirmed addresses.

12. Winners will be selected randomly after the Competition Period ends.

13. The final draw will be held no later than 30 May 2025.

14. Winner Notification:
    Winners will be contacted via SMS, call, or email. By entering, you agree to be contacted.

15. Ackermans may verify eligibility by any means necessary.

16. If a winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of the draw, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

17. Winners may be requested to allow the use of their name and photo for promotional purposes for up to 12 months after the Competition ends (at no cost to them). Participation in this is voluntary.

18. Ackermans may vary, suspend, or terminate the competition or prizes at any time without notice. No claims may be made in this event.

19. Ackermans and the Pepkor Group are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.

20. You agree to provide accurate, current information and update it when needed.

21. Your information may be used to send you special offers or product updates from companies within the Pepkor Group.

22. Personal information is provided voluntarily.

23. By submitting your details, you consent to the processing of your personal information in terms of applicable laws.

24. Ackermans and the Pepkor Group will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, and you indemnify them against accidental disclosures.

25. If you believe your personal data has been misused, first contact Ackermans. If unsatisfied, you may contact the Information Regulator.

26. You may opt out of direct marketing at any time by notifying Ackermans in writing or using a registered block list. No fee will be charged for this.
