Refreshing ice lollies

Stay cool and hydrated this summer with this refreshing iced lolly recipe that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

You will need

1 litre of juice (choose your favourite flavour)
1 cup fresh seasonal fruit of your choice (apples/berries/plums)
A jug
Ice lolly moulds


Pour the juice into a jug
Slice up the fruit into bite-sized chunks and add it to the jug of juice
Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and leave in the freezer overnight.

Tip: Replace the juice with either yoghurt or milk. If you don’t have lolly moulds, use your children’s plastic cups instead. Be sure to line the cups with cooking spray before pouring in the mixture.
