Ideas with left-over festive food

After the big festive meal, no-one feels like cooking! Here are some clever tips with left-overs:


Flake roast chicken or any left-over meat, mix with mayonnaise and use as a delicious sandwich filling.


Make a meal out of a salad by adding left-over meat to your lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. To make it extra-special, add some corn kernels.


Heat oil in a large pan and stir-fry chopped onion, garlic, flaked chicken and cooked rice together.
