Cosy Knits

Right now we’re all about warmth. With our easy styling tips and tricks, you’ll ooze glamour and comfort in yummy shades of hot chocolate, pumpkin spice and chai lattes.

How to wear warm browns
In colder months we often live in neutral colours: grey, white & black. Brown is also a neutral colour and should not be feared. Maroons, beiges and tan are all in the brown family. Browns look surprisingly good with the following colours: black, light blue, green, red, grey, pink and camel. Are you seeing a pattern? Brown looks good with almost all colours. Maybe brown is the new black! #justkidding

Knitwear trends to look out for
This season there is a knit to complement everyone’s taste and figure:
• Stripes, from wide stripes to pinstripes – there truly is a stripe for everybody. We love striped slimfit jerseys.
• A cardigan is a type of knitted garment that has an open front. A longer-length cardigan is great for layering
• Cut-outs aren’t just for summer anymore. Slimfit sweaters with cut outs are bang on trend.
• The classic cowl neckline can act as a scarf for extra warmth. In very cold you can layer it with another scarf or snood over it.
• The knit-and-faux-fur combination is so hot right now. We love a faux-fur coat with a jersey and we’re seeing beanies with faux-fur pompoms. It’s a quirky and luxurious feature.
