  • Mix water and white vinegar in equal amounts and dampen a corner of a soft, lint-free cloth slightly.
  • Never apply the liquid directly to your phone.
  • Wipe your phone gently with the damp cloth and use a dry piece of the cloth to remove any excess moisture from your device.
  • Use a cotton bud to remove the dirt from the areas you can’t reach with your cloth.

  • Turn off your machine and unplug it.
  • Mix 1 part dishwashing liquid with 5 parts water. Soak a household sponge in the liquid and wring it out till dry.
  • Gently wipe down the outside of your laptop/computer (not the screen and keyboard).
  • Use a cotton bud to clean the places that are hard to reach. Note Don’t stick it into any ports or holes!
  • Finish off the outside by wiping off any excess moisture with a soft, lint-free cloth.
  • the screen or monitor, simply use a dry, soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust and smudges.
  • Finish cleaning the screen with a water-only dampened sponge. Make sure you wring out all the moisture and rub the screen very gently.

Note Never spill any liquid inside your laptop/computer.

In-ear earphones

  • Pop off the silicone covers, if your earphones have them, and soak them in warm soapy water for a few minutes.
  • Use a cotton bud to remove any dirt that may be left after soaking them.
  • Rinse well and leave to dry fully, preferably overnight to make sure there is no moisture left.
  • Soak a soft cloth in warm soapy water and wring it out until it’s damp. Clean the earphones by wiping them with the cloth. Let dry before you place the silicone covers back on.
